2. What personal data we collect

2.1 Information you provide to us

• Identity and contact details: name, email address, telephone number and, where relevant, company or organisation name.
• Enquiry and booking details: the content of your message, the products or services you are interested in, test-drive bookings and your preferred showroom or location.
• Order and delivery details: billing name and address, delivery address, and details of the products you order.
• Payment information: details necessary to process your payment. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
• Correspondence: the content and records of your communications with us, including emails, online-form submissions, WhatsApp messages, live chat and telephone calls. Calls handled by our team or by our automated voice assistant may be logged or recorded for quality, training and follow-up purposes; where a call is recorded, you will be informed at the start of the call.

2.2 Information we collect automatically

When you visit the Website, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

• Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, the pages you view, the links you click, referring website and date and time of access.
